see i don't have a lot of interaction with characters in comm, i've only been here a month and i'm still branching out. i think that the vessey writer is brilliant in her portrayal but my kid will never talk to her, he likes to keep to himself and keep his life private and he thinks that going into one of her threads just is asking for trouble.

~vessey here! i just want to state for the record that i have no problems with people hating adrienne. she's not exactly a fluffy bunny and is not there to be bff's with everyone. i'm 100% okay with people reacting to her in different ways, be it hating her outright and openly or choosing to stay far, far away from her. tbh if she were a real person, i'd be terrified of giving her ammo because i'm super nonconfrontational ooc and irl.

i get it. she's a bitch. i would never fault anyone for hating her or wanting to steer clear! i promise! :] however, i do think there is more to her than booze and banging, but she doesn't want anyone to know it, so they don't! it's a conscious decision on my part to portray her a certain way in public forums. i don't even blame people who have written her off as one-note, because tbh i haven't shown y'all anything else. ...yet! (i've been working on a narrative but have been to lazybutt to post, whoops.)

i think it's awesome that you have the ability to write her like you do and keep her like it. i can do a character like that but only for so long before they get nice. i love how you manage to keep her true to her. i think if she showed a nice side to my guy, it might be a good friendship. but he is so uncomfortable with anything he says being canonfodder.
