i can see your viewpoint, but i'm also thinking the fact that these awards are ooc can really help us get to know lesser-known/less popular characters because of the categories. we're going to have to dig around to find nominees for some of them and it'll bring our attention to those we might not normally see. i just think it's more productive to be positive about this happening than it is to be negative considering the fact that it IS happening, you know?
