	well i've been doing like, a mini-hiatus thing where i log in to reply to comments in my customs and then get back out. so i'm not sure a full blown hiatus would make much difference. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

anon, i understand you're just trying to state your opinion, but is this really necessary. stuff like this tends to start a bandwagon response. one person says they're burnt out, then another person, then someone thinks everyone else is burnt out...and pretty soon the comm is undone. i know you're not trying to start that, but just...could we not? if you're burnt out, maybe you need to take a break from it, but why try to bring other people into it?

	anon, this is a positive only anon journal. if you keep saying how burnt out you are and how sick you are of click and how you hate looking at the friends page, all it does is make those of us who like posting and enjoy the comm feel like it's our fault and feel paranoid. i said i was burnt out one time in my comment, i'm not "sick of click" you might have me confused with other people who are in here. i adore the community and the characters that encompass the friends page i was simply stating my opinion to see if i was the only one who was struggling lately. i do enjoy the community, so there's no point in feeling at fault or paranoid.

have you tried taking a real, full-fledged one? like actually forcing yourself not to sign in at all for a couple days/a week? because of course you're not going to be enjoying the comm if you're only signing in to comment because you feel like you have an obligation to your character's friends/your slps. maybe just kind of ooc let the people it would affect know what you're planning to do and really commit to a hiatus/give yourself a true break.
