I'd just like to point out that .... the team that played the best yesterday was by far Gryffindor. If it wasn't for Malfoy and his goon Slytherin would have failed miserably. I mean if you calculated passes to interceptions and the general play of each team member individually without the biased result of the snitch....Slytherin was getting awfully sloppy near the end.

That said, I know losings terrible, but you Gryffindor lot really shouldn't feel bad about how you played. It was a brill game! Slytherin...just got lucky....unfortunately.

x Justin FF.

P.S. [Warded Private] I got the box from 1300 to 1500 from Babbling. I have faith that it'll go well. [/ward]

Agreed! It's a damn shame, really. But, now that we all know the best play Slytherin has they'll have some trouble repeating it.

I don't know what you sound like the most.. a fag or just an idiot. Seriously, Finch-Fletchly. I get it you're puff, you should sound dorky. But come on, a brill game...? Get a grip.

Step off, wanker! Don't you use that kind of vile language with Justin just because you have a fight with the world that you just can't find a way to win.

Sod the bloody fuck off.

Yeah sure. He says words as brill. I don't think he can then.

Don't let him get to you, Ginny. I've learned recently that Harper has more issues than one person should be allowed to have in a single person. It's really not worth the effort to convincing him otherwise. His being a complete cock wrangling arse pirate and general bastard blinds him from his own ethnocentrism's and general idiocy.

It's better to just laugh at the poor soul then engage in actual intellectual conversation with him.... You tend to lose brain cells if you try the latter.

Seriously, Harper stop projecting. Everyone knows the only idiotized fag here is you. You've published it nice a clear for the entire castle to read these last few months. Such denial really is not healthy.

By the way, I've been meaning to ask what's with you always looking for a fight? Did your mother not hug you enough as a child? Did your father lack the capability of bonding? I'm sure Pomfrey offers psychological sit downs...I'll be a mate and sign you up if you're too embarrased to do it yourself.

You won because Harry was knocked unconscious, you prat.

Hey. It's not my fault your boyfriend can't dodge bludgers, okay? If you must call someone a prat, then it should be him.

Well, I'll get right on scolding Harry for not growing eyes in the back of his head. How stupid of him for not evolving those!

How stupid indeed! He doesn't deserve to be called Boy Wonder anymore.

...is that really one of the nicknames? That's astounding, how people with too much time come up with the most prattish things. Boy Wonder. It is a bit more creative than The Boy Who Lived, though, I'll give it that.

I always thought The Boy Who Lived was pretty stupid, myself.

It is so redundant! I personally think nickname number two, The Chosen One, has a right air of panache.

Yes, yes, we know. But hypothetical scouts wouldn't have blinked one eye at anyone but Malfoy and his oaf. Where as Gryffindor has promising enough talent - win or lose.

Once again, who cares about that? There were no scouts, we won the match, now we're closer to winning the cups.

But that's not really how the game is played. Even I'll say that the chasers and keepers are second priority to the seeker, and what happened happened.

[info]condign
2008-02-11 06:27 am UTC (link)
Why are you talking to me? Chasers and Keepers ARE the game. If it were just two seekers flying around....I doubt it'd be a very successful sport. Chaser and Keepers not only provide the entertainment but in a big match where players are matched with equally good opponents they play pivotal roles to the score. Seekers are really just an extra unkindness, really.

Sloppy?

Sloppy in my opinion is not being able to dodge a bludger.

Honestly, stop making excuses.

Winning is WINNING.

Not to be terribly cliche, Davis, but winning isn't everything. It's a shame that quidditch is so entirely biased that one player's skill determines the final outcome. My point was that DESPITE the final score the overall skill of Gryffindor succeeded that of Slytherin where chasers were and keepers were concerned.
