I suppose I will be using my standard excuse for not thinking up of how to improve my life with New Year's resolutions, which is that I am simply perfect. And as it is such a cross to bear already, it would be pointless to try and improve upon myself.

But that sort of thinking does do wonders for one's self-esteem.

I smugly refrain from comment, aside from happy tidings for a new year and express relief that you don't appear to have suffered terribly from that disaster at the Prophet offices.
