Daniel Wood!

Daniel had figured out long ago that quidditch was to be taken Very. Seriously. It had been engraved into his mind since he was born, from the quidditch mobile that spun slowly over the bed, to his brother dragging him onto a broom as soon as he was old enough to sit up. Oliver got scolded quite a bit for that, Daniel's told, but it didn't stop his brother from making future attempts at duo flying.

"Abercrombie! Gudgeon! Wood!"

His eyes widened to the size of the quaffles in his hands and he stepped forward, the oversized helmet on his head slipping over his eyes. Daniel struggled to push it out of his eyes, and watched as the other two boys hurried to the line, standing at attention as Harry-Bloody-Potter paced back and forth. Daniel followed after them and put the quaffles down by his feet, standing straight.

He peered down at him, and Daniel gulped, "Wood, huh?"

He nodded quickly, causing the helmet to fall back down. Daniel flushed as the other boys snickered, and Harry straightened, arms crossed.

"Oliver's little brother?"

"Uh huh."

"Your brother tortured me when he was captain," Harry said, eyebrows going high. Daniel felt like getting sick. Great, thanks, bro. "Hopefully you'll be as dedicated. Alright, pick a broom, come on! The lot of you!"

Daniel gawked for a second before he raced after Euan and Connor, grabbing the broom he'd been eying from the bench. All right, show time.

Fred + Tristan

Fred chewed on the bundle of grapes he'd snatched off of the fruit salad bar and stared down at the miserable blonde in front of him. He knew his hard gaze was making the other boy twitch, and Fred was enjoying the fact. He hadn't seen his cousin in...oh...years? Definitely before Hogwarts, that was for sure. Fred caught a seed from the grapes between his teeth and with the expertise only a Weasley twin could maintain.

"Scusi," Tristan Prewett snapped, glaring up at his cousin. Fred smirked, sliding into a chair beside the boy, continuing to examine him.

"Don't give me that Italian bullshit, I know you speak English."

"Non la capisco," the blonde snipped, turning away in his seat. Fred didn't budge, and leaned forward, chewing even louder on the grapes. It may not seem like it, with the way that Fred and George tortured Ron and Ginny, but he valued his family. If his siblings hadn't noticed, the twins were the only ones allowed to bug them. So, this Italian punk better get in tune with his Weasley side. Or, well, Prewett side.

"I'm named after your dad," Fred commented, sitting back and enjoying watching Tristan snap toward him with a glare.

"Your name is Fred," he spat, and Fred pointed a stiff finger at him.

"See, I knew you spoke English!" He watched as Tristan rolled his eyes and began to turn away, but Fred continued, "My name is Frederick Gideon, and your dad was my godfather."

Tristan refused to meet his gaze, but Fred watched as his eyes widened as they focused on the ground. "I did not know that."

"That's what happens when you're stuck in some snotty school."

"Are all Hogwarts students as annoying as you?"

"Every last single one!" Fred crowed, grabbing his cousin's hand, "Now come on and dance or I'll stick spiders down your shirt!"

Tristan let out a yelp, but looked more scared of the spiders and maybe, maybe smiled at the idea of being with his family.

Zac + Lav Lav

"You're such a fucking idiot."

Zacharias sat hunched over, shaking his head at his bed ridden cousin. He'd known she was stupid, she had been for most of her life, but this had really taken the cake. "Was this to impress Finnegan? Because he's an even bigger idiot than you, so I don't know what---"

"Oy, shut up," Lavender moaned, moving to push herself into a sitting position. Zacharias let out a hiss and jumped out of his seat to help her, avoiding the scars on her neck and face. He had no idea if Lavender would have those forever, but he really hoped not, for her sake and--his. He'd never be able to forgive himself for leaving her behind.

"Do you feel like a hero, then?" he asked, keeping a hand on her back. "Is that was what it was about?"

"You know what!" Lavender snapped, reaching over and smacking his arm, "I do! I do feel like a bloody hero because I didn't get up and run the other way!"

"You know I had Isabella---"

"Uh huh, Zac! She was on line ready to floo out, come on!"

Lavender stared hard at her cousin, and Zacharias' jaw set harshly in place, face going red. Lavender's eyebrows rose and he looked away, ashamed.

"I'm not a bloody Gryffindor."

"Plenty of Hufflepuffs stayed."

"Fine, so---I'm not a good person," Zacharias shot at her, still unable to look Lavender in the eye. She let out a breath, and reached over to his hand.

"You're not a bad person, Zac."

"That's what everyone thinks."

Lavender pressed her lips together and shook her head, "You're not! Some people just can't handle war and battles. I'm sure you could write a hell of an article about it at the Prophet, though...you did get that internship, yeah?"

Zacharias smirked and nodding, finally looking up at her. Merlin, she looked a terrible mess, but she still managed to have that perky attitude. How was he related to this girl?

"Yeah...I guess you have to promise to be my first interview. You were there."

"I'll make it juicier than it really was."

Lucy + Joanna

She strummed a few random chords as she sat atop of her mother's counter, waiting for the next customer. Lucy really enjoyed watching her mother's boutique, mostly because it was so high-end that only the richest of the rich could come in, and there were not many of those. Gave her a lot of time to practice and write new music, where Marcus couldn't yell at her for making too much noise.

He just didn't have the ear, she had no idea how she was actually related to the boy.

The bell of the door jingled prettily and Lucy set her guitar on the counter to drop down to the floor. She straightened out her skirt and gave the customer a small wave. "Hello! Welcome, can I help you find anything?"

"I am looking for a Creme de Veelas," the tiny blonde stated, not bothering to look at Lucy. "Do they have that product here? I am thinking..." the girl looked around, and frowned, "...not."

Lucy's eyebrows rose and she crossed her arms. Well, then. If she didn't think she'd find the product in this boutique, which was centered in the middle of London's fashion industry, she didn't need to be here.

"Nah, we don't sell cheap stuff like that here, maybe you can find it over at Zonko's, in Hogsmeade."

The girl bristled and muttered some (probably) cuss words in what sounded like French before she stormed out. Lucy smiled and propped herself back up on the counter, picking up her guitar again.

Benjamin + Phillip (their parents made me put the full names lmao)

"I'm bored."

Benjamin Corner tilted the chair of his seat back onto its hind legs, propping his feet onto the library's table. It felt like it had taken them ages to get to their seventh year, and considering what their fifth year had been like, it had been a struggle. Now that he was finally in his last year of Hogwarts, it certainly didn't feel like he'd hoped it would.

Phillip glanced at him from the other side of the table, dropping his quill with a quick yawn. "You're always bored, and I'm not in the mood to entertain you."

"You make it sound so dirty," Benjamin responded quickly without a glance toward his roommate. Phillip rolled his eyes and made to go back to studying, but his quill pressed into the parchment and refused to move.

"I did see some third years smuggling in firecrackers from Hogsmeade, last weekend," Phillip offered, his hand going up. He was used to being the one that started Benjamin's train of rather ingenious thought, and could almost see when his friend had concocted a new form of mischief and entertainment. This time, it happened almost immediately.

Benjamin's feet dropped to the ground, his chair clunking a second after. He grinned wickedly at Phillip, "I have an excellent idea."
