No, oh, gosh, no! I'm sorry! It's nothing, it's just-- I'm so, so very worried. I mean, Daphne is going to be here really soon, and all of a sudden I have colder feet than I've ever had about anything before! I just keep having all these thoughts about whether or not my mothering will be sub par. It's silly, I know, I just--honestly thought that by the end of all this, I'd feel a lot better about bringing a little girl into the world, and I don't. And that scares me a lot.

You should take this thing away from me, I am so liable to kick up a dramatic, hormonal fuss for no good reason with it.

I think there's plenty of reasons to fuss, and I think you're lucky that you get to react the way you do because sometimes I want to start hollering nonsense (not that you holler nonsense!) because I'm nervous!

And! I mean. I'm not nervous, but I mean---it's a big thing and it's-----it's one of those kind of---

Okay I'm nervous. But don't get worried! I think it's like--stage fright. Those nervous tingles in your stomach (well I guess you have Daphne in there now haa) right before you get on stage? Or well. The pitch for me, I guess.

I like that you're nervous! It makes me feel like I'm less insane for behaving like this. I know the Healers said the last few weeks can be the worst, but it just really gets to me sometimes. I am so tired of mood swings and weird cravings and not being able to see my feet, and the fact that Daphne won't come out now.

But I think I've been talked mostly off the ledge, now! Thanks to my amazing husband.

What about you? What's been going on?

They what! And after all the hard work you've put into it and how excited you've been about it? I could--kick someone! Preferably very hard and in the shins.

But--but wait, it'll be okay. We'll be fine. We have us. And our baby. And we'll figure it out.

Also, don't apologize. You most certainly didn't do anything wrong. And if I felt as if I could get up out of this chair, I really would go down there and kick someone.
