Testing! All the pretty lights
Jess is staring into the pantry. This is scary. Someone had bought all of her favorite things.

And what looks to be like everyone else's too. She raises one eyebrow and then the other. For a moment she isn't sure if she should laugh or not. Instead she shakes her head and moves to sit on a stool in the big and very shiny looking kitchen at their new head quarters.

She is hungry but all the food that appeals to her different tastes is off putting just a bit. It's too easy. That's when she gets a bright idea.

She starts to dig around for materials. She'll try making pizza. That will make things just hard enough to be interesting.

	"Oh I have fun.... right up until I bruise the heck outta my elbow," Jess says laughing. She's trying to hard to not move with the music a little. She does love dancing no matter how badly she thinks she fouls it up. "And I like music. I go running a lot so I like listening to something to add some extra... I dunno, fun to it." 	Saishu smiles at Cindy, and the general atmosphere. She's not the shy type... and takes the commentary as invitation, reaching out to tug Cindy over. "True. You will show me how to do this dance." Its meant more as a request than a command, by tone, at least. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

"Oh, a DJ is the guy in charge of the music. Don't worry, we don't mind. Although you could start off with the mambo songs if you don't know what to choose right now. I'm sure we're all okay with anything though." He's doing his best to make sure nobody is left out, he hopes it's working.

Harry mambos back over to the mambo line and motions for Jess to join. "You can dance beside me, I just absorb impacts so you don't need to worry about hurting either of us. If you want I can show you some steps, I'm nowhere as good as Flo but I'm passable."

Good, he's gotten most of them involved. Lenny on DJ duty and the rest dancing or going to dance.

	Florian steps out of line and back to the counters gently prodding Jess towards Harry. "Go ahead, Jess. I'll keep watch on the pizzas, and call out expert criticisms." He made an exaggerated show of checking the pizzas and his watch, knowing he didn't have much more than an hour left before his mother started wondering where he had gotten to for so long. 	"Are you sure Florian," she asks him wanting to be sure he wasn't left out. Then she just shook her head and moved to join Harry. "Sure Harry. Hey, they were a team. And that meant spending a lot of time around each other. He just wanted them all to get along. All that experience organizing a game of capture the flag for seven year olds was paying off. This was much easier. Everyone's got something to do.

Harry gives Jess his brightest grin as she joins the mambo line. "It's really not hard at all! A few basic steps and upper body movement."

He positions himself so that Heather can see his feet too in case she wants to join the mambo lesson. Harry goes through the basic movements twice, slow enough that anyone watching can follow. Then he puts it all together to demonstrate. All that volunteering that somehow ended up with him helping the dance classes is paying off.

	Okay, this wasn't so bad. She could do this. Heather soon found herself copying Harry's moves, doing a reasonable job of it. "So does the League or the Titans do things like this, Cindy?" (Reply to this)(Parent)
