In times like these I believe everyone ought to have their say, but right now I haven't got anything to say.

I guess Macbeth is going well. I'm impressed by the crew's attention to historical accuracy with the weaponry and I am going to ask if I can keep a sword when it's over.

It'd be pretty neat if they let you.

Yeah! I have real reproductions at home and I was going to ask if I could send for them to use as props. Not any more because I believe we all know weapons on school grounds is a bad idea now, but trust me, they are so fly.

Really? Wow. That's so cool. But, yeah, that's a good point. I bet they are, though. Fly, that is. Really, really fly.

There is nothing like the feeling of a real sword in your hands, let me tell you.

Swords? They're not real are they? I hope nobody is going to get hurt, there's been enough of that recently.

I guess they could still take out someone's eye, but no, there won't be any slicing of limbs or real stabbings. On second thought, I still hope someone keeps a close eye on Messrs Crabbe and Goyle.

I don't know how historically accurate the production really is. Not without a trip to museums and research.

There was talk of fog, but I believe I'll be satisfied as long as the weapons aren't abominations.

There should be fog, and my daddy has an old sword. Maybe I could convince him to send it to me for the good of the school.

I don't believe it'd make it past security, or at least the Carrows would keep it. Do they read this? I hope they don't read this.

I will have you know that there was nothing about being talkative in times of crisis in any of the old songs about the Houses.

No, but it's a Gryffindor's tendency, isn't it?

Say, did you know you have fantastic hair? I did a poll recently. Best. Hair. Ever.

I reckon we've been some of the quietest since it happened. If you ask me, it should be Slytherin who are keeping mum right now, but I don't control these things and that's okay.

You think so? They think so? I tried a new conditioner. I didn't think anyone would notice.

Maybe because you of all people have a sense of propriety about these things. Something I don't ha

Pet, you would stand out even without the fabulous hair.

Pardon, but when would I ever actually need a sword? Except for LARP which I absolutely do not do, don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

Swords are very useful. You could use one to open letters, cook kebabs, wave it madly about whilst in an elevator to get some more personal space (I recommend mumbling something about conquistadors, sea horses and the Cliffs of Dover at the same time, though, for extra effectiveness). And none of those involve LARPing, though imagine how much cooler it would be if you did LARP and did have a sword.

According to the graph below, a sword would not be my weapon of choice.
