Football is over but there's a new sport back in town
He'd done it. He'd finally gotten tickets to a baseball game. It had taken some saving up, and some luck finding them online (and rather last minute) but he found them. And on the first game of the regular season too! He fully expected that the tickets he eventually got would be for some later date but the opportunity arose and he wasn't going to let it slip by. Birthday luck coming early, that's what he'd put it down to.

Grinning like an idiot and still excited over his luck, he managed to not stutter and ask Jess if she wanted to come to see Coast City's first home game of the season. The seats may not be great but that didn't matter really. Harry was certainly in a good mood.

	"Thanks anyway." He decides if they buy drinks that he owes this guy one. And he won't take no for an answer. "Jess?" He rushes over to her now. "You okay? He didn't hurt you right?" He was going to say that if she'd mentioned that he would have stepped aside to give her the chance, but her slight wince has him worried. They sit down and Harry orders drinks, and a beer for the nice guy who helped him, while they decide on food. While ordering, he takes the opportunity to quietly ask if they could get some ice for Jess's arm. He didn't want to make a big fuss or embarrass her.

	Jess wasn't exactly embarrassed by the move. She just wished he hadn't noticed her arm really did hurt. She can't change that she will though try to not let him worry too much. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	When the ice and her beer does arrive at the table, he acts as if he doesn't notice it and that an ice pack is the most usual thing to be brought to the table. Nothing out of the ordinary here. 	He squirms a little because he really thinks that he shouldn't have frozen up so much, especially in front of her. That was the worst part. If he was on his own he'd probably have done even worst, but there'd be nobody to see so it didn't matter. "Alright..." Luckily the food comes before he has time to apologize for something else. 	Now he can't help but smile a little at how she's picking at it while trying to avoid burns. "Once in high school we went to a restaurant to celebrate, we had two tables and there was a competition to see who could finish these the fastest.
