As it appears, the result of our School Council President graduating has been a not completely nemine contradicente vote, but nevertheless, I was decided on as his replacement. A promotion, so to say. Personally, I doubt it will change much. Filling his shoes appropriately should be manageable.

I might have to drop one or the other club activity now, which is a shame, but, considering the fair amount of people who would threaten to disembowel me for ditching my personal life completely, including them -

Fortunately, that's not quite my style, even without their sweeping arguments.

I am also aware that I disregarded my own birthday in favor of work, so perhaps a belated get-together (rather than a party) is in order.
