Temporally Ambiguous Post-Formation conversation
Well, that had happened.

It was all very weird, scary, and exhausting. But it definitely just emphasized that the oommitment she'd made was for real. And worth it, what with more people being safer and all because she'd been able to help. And now they had a whole little Hero (or Heroine) Education thing going, apparently, and that was going to help a lot, and the people seemed nice.

She was there now, but nothing much was happening at the moment, so she was sitting outside on a rock, had her guitar out and was playing "Rainbow Connection."

Too late Mikal, have another meaningful glance just in case. She was prepared.

"Anyway," she said, wanting to bypass the topic of Mikal watching Star Sapphires. He did enough spandex watching, skimpy spandex images did not need to be encouraged. "Who knows? Maybe your sister will be one of the ones they get to babysit us one day and we'll see the strike team in action." No, not going to use the word commando, it'd defeat the purpose of getting star sapphire costumes out of mind.
