1) Mark was working as a librarian again. Ty was looking for a book. Neither knew the other was a hero.
2) Someone tried to raise an Elder God. Very bad plan. They both stepped in.
3) Ty had to help Mark when the God sucked out half of his sanity. Mark was suffering from a mystically induced form of temporary insanity.
4) Mark was guided back by Ty. Then they went out for pizza and buffalo wings.
5) Mark lamented Ty being too young for beer.
