See it's things like that which make her very surprised about Michael. She had known he had depths that she hadn't seen but this was touching.
"Thanks." He's going to get a quick impulsive hug from her.
"So.... gifts for your girlfriend are also secret engineering projects then," she teases gently. "Should I wonder about what else you might test on me?"
There's a pause and she blushes. "That sounded so much less innuendo filled in my head."
