He kissed me. Vaisey. Charlie, he... I was sitting there and he came out of nowhere and he looked sick and... he kissed me? And then he ran off and... I don't know, Laura. What happened, why did he kiss me? He hates me!

He did and, I don't know.. I'm confused. I want to know why he did it but he's talking about presents and I don't know what that has to do with anything!

We have talked about this, Melly my dear. Anytime you want to kiss me for frame of reference, is fine by me. Strictly platonic, of course.

Well obviously you didn't hate it, or you would have been like "eeewwww he kissed me" and that's not the vibe I'm getting from you.

Yeah, but you know I've never really cared about that stuff and now this happens and damn it, I just wish I hadn't woken up so early today!

I'm just shocked... he hates me, Laura. Why would he kiss me and then run away? I can't make sense of any of this!

Well obviously he doesn't hate you, or he wouldn't have kissed you. I personally can't stand Filch, that's why I don't kiss him. See how that works? When we can't stand people, we don't kiss them. Therefore it follows that if he kissed you, he must like you, at least a little.
