This looks like it could be really useful in backing up your Xbox 360. I for one am quite annoyed that the 360 doesn't have a backup function like the PS3.

Yesterday I pretty much spent the entire day getting ArcEmu and Mangos WotLK emus up and running. Finally maybe around 8pm or so I got them both running and working! I even logged into to make sure they were ok. Had a buncha issues because I for one am terrible at actually reading directions. Either way, I finally got it working and had some head bashing on the desk haha. Of course raf thought it was hilarious, little did he know I would be LMFAOing at him later in the night. Once I completed setting those up, he and I proceeded to play Warcaft on our normal server until about 3:30am. We got to level 17 I believe and got a buncha new spells, skills, etc...I am really coming along in my leatherworking and skinning :) Same with First Aid. I am so much in love with this game.

I woke up this morning around 8am or so. Headed up to Burlington to meet this guy I met. Let me tell you a bit about him. He works at the local Gamestop and Best Buy and goes to college too. I think he's absolutely adorable. I've definitely got one of those high school crushes going on, not sure if it'll turn into anything more then that, but who knows. He's into pretty much the same stuff I am, gaming, music, movies, etc, you know. He' a pretty good guy all around. So this morning & afternoon we just hung out at the water-front, walked around. Got some lunch and then he had to head to work so I came home. I am sort of  hoping this turns into something more, but I am not sure yet :P

Anyways, I came home...got some lunch, worked on The Mangos Resource. I am still trying to figure out what this TrinityCore means for us normal Mangos users. Hopefully my buddy gets back to me soon. I am wondering if like most splits & merges if they'll realized like 1 or 2 months down the road that it was a stupid move and come back to how it was. I've seen that happen so many times, and it really sucks for us end-users because then we are the ones who have to run database converters, figure out how it all works, etc...it definitely is not fun.

Just chatting (if that's what you'd call silence) with raf and helping some guy connect to the Warcraft server here. I think I'll just go watch a movie or something and take a nap...peace xoxomorgan

So I finally convinced an unnamed person to play World of Warcraft with me. More on that in a bit...

Been really busy working and doing horse stuff this week and finishing up a really big consulting project mixed in with some normal consulting. So things seem to be calming down a little bit which is nice. So this weekend I pretty much played Counter Strike: Source the whole time. My dedicated server on Linux doesn't work though, it crashes on map changes. I think it's got something to do with either missing libraries or libraries that are not compatible with the software. I can't really figure it out, nor do I have the time too. Instead we got it installed under Windows XP and so far I haven't run into any issues. For some reason one of the mods isn't working but I have a feeling it will be an easy fix (I've just got to find some time to do it)!

So on Sunday, this anonymous person decided they wanted to try out World of Warcraft with me. I don't know, but it made me really happy. When this person said they didn't want anything to do with it, I was just upset because this person completely shut it out, didn't even try it. I used to be the exact same way, I was completely anti-wow, but I gave it a try...People who just downright shut something out, annoy me, you've to at least try something once and if you don't like it, then that's totally cool, at least you gave it a shot. It seems to arrogant to be like that. But you know what, this person, completely turned around, and said, yeah sure, I'll try it and they did...and I am very glad they did too. I was totally expecting the person to follow through with their original thoughts about the game, but it turns out, this person might actually like the game afterall...see, it's weird how things work like that :)

So yeah, we played some World of Warcraft last night, we played as Undead Mages, and I sure as hell had a fun time! I'm only level 3 at the moment, but it's fun, especially when you're playing with someone you like and have a good time with and can make memories out of it.

Today was an office day, having loads of fun...trying to get a Mac Pro to play nicely on remote desktop, I just have a feeling the people setting it up aren't doing it correctly, ARGH!

Another 30-45 minutes and I am going home!!! Playing some Warcraft later tonight (if anyone wants to join us, let me know!) and I've got a meeting before that...so it's going to busy until I go to sleep, yay!

Ok, well it's late and I am tired, but I did kill a lot of people in CoD4 this evening. I went riding a lot today, after getting a lot of server work done. I did it all remotely which was nice, because I felt lazy today and I did not want to go anywhere. It was a pretty nice day too, the weather people said this whole week was supposed to be crap, but I have a hard time believing that since it's not rained once during the day this week. Only a bit at night. I definitely won't complain though because it's NICE :D

So hrmm, what else, I've still not really had time to watch Day 1 dressage on NBCOlympics.com so that kind of sucks, I'm still at the 20 minute mark that I've been all week haha It's good stuff though!

Hope raf can use his elite skills and strip the stupid DRM crap and get me copies. If not I can deal with this Silverlight stuff, it's not tooo bad. I would like to keep it for reviewing though.

Tomorrow is Friday so that makes me happy, I have a couple things scheduled so that's good. I think I shall pay myself tomorrow and become rich and buy some new shoes or some new horse stuff. What's everyone doing this weekend? Me? Nothing haha sitting around, cleaning the barn and stuff, riding, VIDEO GAMES!!!

I think we're finally...well by we're I mean me, is getting HDTV finally. Our cable company is finally upgrading so I can't wait, Discovery and Animal Planet in HD!!!! Woohooo!
