Lucius Malfoy could not for the life of him understand why Lydia Proudfoot was slinging accusations of desiring adulterous relations with her after stepping in on him rubbing her lovely purple brassiere against his face -- he'd just been so terribly fascinated by the soft velvet of it (it would have made an excellent cover for his cane's grip)!
