Future: Well now this is interesting
It had been a long week but the job was done. And she hadn't gotten caught. She had made the drop off and had gone home.

Or to one of them anyways. She was still decked out in a sinfully sexy number made to distract. And she was looking forward to getting out of it. Just after she finished the water. She was tempted by the Scotch she does have here but she's not going to touch it.

Suddenly she is aware that she is being watched. So she leans forward against her kitchen counter reaching for a knife hidden within easy reach because she knows she has to protect herself.

She's expecting danger after how dangerous this past week has been Too many near misses have left her expecting trouble.

	That gets her a suggestive eyebrow raise, "Oh? I guess you'll have to decide which of us is better." Now he whispers in her ear, "We should test this out one day, how many languages can your George speak?" "Don't worry, you've got me helping. I won't let anything happen to you." "Sadly only one," Sarah sighs dramatically. Her fingers trace over his arms silently because man does she feel cold.

Sarah can't help this next part. She gives him a wide eyed look suddenly looking very much like a civilian. "You mean you'll protect me from the gangsters?"

Okay she can't take herself seriously so she gives him a quick kiss.

"I'm.... really tired." She burrows against him. "This may sounds really silly but.... can you just get me inside?"

She doesn't want to admit just how tired she is. He can probably tell right now.

"Lucky you I'm willing to bet I can beat you breaking into the Gotham museums," he teases.

Once he makes sure she's stable on her feet he gives her an amused smile, "Clearly. I mean based on the way you handle it..." He doesn't mind though, if anything it's nice knowing that she can handle herself and that she when she needed help she seemed okay with him helping her.

There's a smug grin plastered on his face, "Perhaps..."

"No, I'm not saying you aren't grateful, I'm not asking you be anyway. I'm just saying you don't handle help the best all the time."

Thomas starts walking in the direction of her safehouse and while his back is turned to her he adresses the second part, "I...I'm glad I could be of help to you Foxy." What he really means is that he's glad she's around but he's not going to say it.

That sounds like a date, boy wonder.

"Well. If you recall the first time I got help in this city I ended up in a horrible situation with no way out," she points out.

"Your kind of help is.... new and delightful," she admits. Because he hasn't hurt her and is trying to be her friend. Even if they keep dancing around this very heavy flirtation. She yawns and pads after him expecting him to easily get through her security.

"Fair enough but I'm not the mob you know." Plus, being the crimefighter here meant there were assumed rules he followed. Not that he's helping her solely for those reasons, she's fun and intruiging and makes him forget he doesn't belong here.

He turns back to grin at her, "Glad to hear it Foxy. Now I hope you don't mind me bypassing your security. Would you rather I do it the easy way tonight though?" It's not like he doesn't know the security codes, even if she did change them last week.

"Well then never go meet any other crimefighters, especially the superpowered variety. Apparently us Gotham ones are the bad boys and girls of the bunch," he winks.

"Easy it is. You really do need to update these codes more often though, seriously. Although I liked the one you had the time before." As much fun as it is breaking her security, he doesn't want anyone else being able to do it too.

When they get to her safehouse he puts in the codes and they discretely sneak in. He's been checking to see if anyone has caught onto them or is following. Nobody so far, it's a good sign.

He frowns at that, exhausted or not it should never be easy for anyone else to get in. "I'll let it slide this time Foxy but do try to make a better one once you get the chance?"

Giving her a small smile as she plops onto the couch he asks, "Feeling better?"

It's been a long night. From getting her to confess who her boss is and what hold they have on her, to helping her evacuate her stuff, it's no surprise she's exhausted.

Standing by the couch he indicates her bag he's dropped off earlier, "I left your stuff there, did you need anything else? Better ask now while I'm offering Foxy..."

"Feel free to do it again. If you're doing it on purpose I have no reason to look away," he's got that evil smirk on now.

He gives her a warm smile a moves to sit beside her. "I give very good back rubs and I promise only appropriate touching." He has no doubt her boss wanted that job done right. And what's done is done, he needs to head off the plan as soon as possible. At least he's got her helping him now.

	He keeps working on her shoulders for now since it's where she seems to have the most tension, but he's glad he can see that it's helping her. Not seeing her blush he can't help but laugh, "I think we agreed that you do suck at that. But at least ask me for help once in a while. I like to think I've proved I can be reliable."
