	well maybe "real" was the wrong word to use. This is the better one, It will be updated weekly, stay active, and just be better. Because i wont let it die like Flamecup died on GJ. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Considering the track record of Flamecup on Gj, it wasn't always updated, it didn't stay active, and the mods were constantly changing. This will be run by one person, so it wont rely on other people and their changing schedules (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	I understand, but this flamecup isn't run by the same person as the one on Gj. Also, when you have a massive influx of flames poured in - you'll need some extra fingers do take some of the work for you. I don't think the problem was about the MODs, people just stopped submitting flames. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	ok perhaps you are right. However i don't think the flames stoped i think the mods at the time couldnt handle it. Eaither way, i feel that this flame cup will be better run, i guess only time will tell. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Well, flamecup already has flames submitted with sixty (I think?) members. And the flames did stop, gradually of course. I mean the last post had what, 15 flames? (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Well Flamecup also was established 4 days before Flame_cup. I think the reason that flames stoped was because people lost trust in them being updated. Who is going to put effort into flames that will never be shown? (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	I just don't understand why there would be a matching community made when there was already a successful version existent? And you're the only person I've yet heard of who thought this. I think people stopped submitting flames because GJ was dying. (Reply to this)(Parent)
