| Bio: | Jacob is a 17 year old boy who grew up in Baltimore. His parents were known super villains who were magic users. He had been taught magic by his mother and an Uncle who knew a few tricks but was very strongly opposed to using magic to hurt people.
When Jacob was thirteen his father had decided to go through with a powerful blood magic ritual that would grant him immortality to an extent. All he had to do was kill his son. He knocked out Jacob's mother and took Jacob to perform the ritual. The Committee had heard rumors about Jacob's father pulling something and a few of them moved to stop him since people in the past had died.
The ritual didn't go quite how Jacob's father expected. Jacob didn't die instead he was the one who was left being able to live for a very long time. Over the next month his mother was caught committing another crime as his father's court date for trying to murder him quickly approached and Jacob was left living with his uncle.
It wasn't until things settled down more that he ended up having his first meeting with Amanda. They discussed what had happened to him and the fact he didn't want to become anything like his parents. He agreed to become her student since he had lots of things to learn about magic, living for a very long time, and how to stay on the straight and narrow.
Abilities: Jacob is a pretty healthy teenage human with all of the strengths and some of the weaknesses involved in being human. He will age at a slower rate which will stop totally at what is guessed to be his mid twenties to late thirties and after that it can not be determined how long he will actually live because if he gets hurt badly enough like any human it might be possible for him to die.
He has the ability to use magic with an understanding of how the different forms of magic on Earth work. He still has to study a spell and be able to translate the language it is based on in order to use it. |
