The 'Pies are Shaking Things Up!
Over the weekend the Montrose Magpies acquired the young Chaser Jason Lindsay from the Catapults and now reports are coming in that the team has made another trade.

Maggie Brand has been sent to the Tutshill Tornadoes for a player to be named, The Snitch! can report exclusively for you. As many fans know Brand did not have that stellar of a season this past year, and that her contract did not include a no-trade clause. This move seems to be pulled from a driving force to make the Magpies a more offensive team, as while their defense is impeccable (thanks to league MVP Drake Parkin at Keeper), their wins were often determined by captain Odette MacFarlan's snitch catches.

Thoughts on this latest development? Looks like the Magpies are doing anything they can to stay on top!

Time to be honest, Mags. I think that all the glory-hogs on that Magpies team were unfairly overshadowing your talent.

Now that you're on a ... less noticed team, there's going to be way more opportunities for you to show how amazing you are.

And they probably just didn't want to deal with you beating their skulls in for making bad decisions.
