Rushing is crazy. It's one party after another with tons of free food and alcohol. Not to mention hot guys everywhere. I could get used to this.

Apparently pledging isn't as fun, though. And a lot of the guys either talk only about girls and partying, or subjects I don't know anything about -- usually whatever their major is (there's a lot more philosophy majors than I'd ever expect in fraternities). And it just gets painful once they ask me anything about myself.

Classes are picking up and it's only the third day, so I'm steadying myself for a stressful fall. I've got homework -- homework; it's such a weird thing to say. I don't mind it, though. I used to read up on this stuff for fun, now I'm actually doing it for a reason. Harder than googling an article or two, but nothing I can't handle. ~~Yet~~.

I dyed my hair. I went with blue and black highlights; so far so good. No one shouting porn quotes at me or anything. I think I did a pretty good job myself, though maybe I should've taken that Ino girl's help. The highlights are kind of messed up underneath, but it's not like anyone's going to see that.

Gonna get back to studying. Pool party in a half hour.

	Out of everyone in the world, it had to be you. What am I supposed to do? Ignore it and pretend like nothing happened? Wish you good luck? I'm not going to do that. I love him and I made plenty of mistakes with him, but if I still stand any chance getting him back I'm going to take it. Then you're aware he's a selfish, attention-starved, manipulative asshole? What about let him live his own life and allow him to move on. And no, I'm not saying that because I stand there as seconds but I care deeply for him as a friend as well. How would you like it if someone kept on coming back and forth into your life as they please to mess with your emotions, make you doubt yourself and your feelings? We are doing the same to him so let him live his life for once.

Yes I am very well aware of that. And that is who my brother has always been.

If he wants to do that, he can. I can't make him do anything, I can only offer him what I have to give him, and it's his choice if he wants it. I know how I feel, though, and whether or not you believe I won't play games this time doesn't matter to me.

And you never tried to stop him? Give him some boundaries and say no to him for once? You're just feeding his behavior, like everyone else.
