Meme Scene, AU Future.
A day didn't go by that Ruth didn't think of that horrible time that cost her Jay, that cost Ty Cait. She didn't just miss them every day, she also thanked God every day that she'd been able to get Ty through it relatively safely. In the end, they'd become so psychically wrapped up in each other that their marriage aws almost inevitable.

After a silent prayer, she shook off the memories and went to check on Ty in his lab.

He surrounds the pair in violet flames, as he recollects some of the catalogued planets, trying to find just the right one.

When the flames die down, the surrounds are full of crystalline rocks in reds and blues, not far outside a lush, vibrant forest. There's not even the vaguest scent of pollution in the air, or any other sign people have ever touched this place.

"Phenos VI, really remote, the Tamaraneans explored it, but its too cold for them and not an efficient trip. ...and there are blankets when they touch the ground. Of course there are. He's so sweet.

So powerful, too, upon reflection. She's so proud of him for what improvements there are in his control, though she never fully forgets the responsibility of helping him through the troubles that can never be done away with entirely. But that's all put to the back while she focuses on the kiss as they lie down on the blankets, still kissing. Her hands go to carefully undo his clothes.

That's always the blessing and curse of it. He can do almost anything, and when he's relaxed, the powers come easy. His mind flies through the possibilities of what can be done, almost more easily then engaging the world in a mundane fashion anymore. He has to remember to talk, and he rarely walks anywhere.

But for all his power, he needs her, desperately. Any disruption, and all that power could become a threat at a moment's notice. He's been a danger as often as a help, especially when Cait died. But she saved him.

He shifts a little, initially starting to just let the clothing disappear, but he stops himself, going through the steps, easing back to help her remove his shirt, as his own hand goes to the buttons of her top.
