Personally, I would go with the iPod Touch. I'm not a fan of Nanos (as I have one and it is EVIL) and I don't have any experience with Zune (as I don't trust much made by Microsoft). But, with you already having all the iPod things, you would have less to worry about. And you wouldn't have to worry about converting music files if you have any that aren't MP3.
