Sometimes she needed to remind herself that she wasn't in the Lalaurie dormitory anymore. Quinn's move to the Transitional dormitory had been smooth but it didn't feel a whole lot different than her room the previous year. At least, it wasn't as much of a change as it was when we went from a junior to a senior and got her own room for the first time. The biggest reminder was that there were other classmates that lived in the same building. She had already had a few of those reminders since she brought her book down into the common room and took up one end of a couch. She heard some commotion coming from the first floor rooms and she looked up towards the ceiling with a frown. Quinn spotted Rowan looking around when she went to go back to her book and when she caught the girl's eye, she raised an eyebrow in curiousity.
