Apple had been trying not to freak out, he of course thought it was just a trick of the eyes, the mind, something... he remembered he had smoked quite a bit that night, perhaps it had caught up to him. Halloween was just a weird time so he just pushed the thought to the back of his head. At night he would wake up with s start though and look to the corner of his room, expecting to see the dead horse creature who had acknowledged him in the woods on Halloween. Apple figured he was just stressing, he needed to unwind and take a break from life. When the weekend came, he skipped his Friday classes to take a hike and do some yoga in the woods.

Returning from the woods with a handful of gummy bears he stumbled upon Ella. A twig cracked beneath his foot and she turned on him with her wand at the ready. He only extended his hand, open palm with a his gummy bears and grinned. "Want some?" he asked without flinching.
