Although it had been a while now, Hunter was still feeling sour about the game against Beauregard. She had the scowl on her face, and a broken lamp in her room to prove it. She had spent the majority of her day just hanging around lazily, flitting around campus, and trying to focus on anything except the feeling of disappointment that seemed to weigh her down. Everywhere she went, she was just reminded of how close their chances had been. Beauregard hadn't won a game yet! And they still beat her team! It was kind of embarrassing. If only the tackle hadn't almost knocked her off her broom. That had screwed up her whole groove, and then it had been downhill from there. After bumming the last two cigarettes out of Gray's pack, Hunter was skulking off to find a place to smoke them. If she could help it, she only ended up smoking when she was drinking, or if she was around other smokers. ... Or if she was stressed, as was the current case. Rounding a corner with a smoke already hanging from her mouth, the blonde girl jumped a little when she saw Jake there. "Jesus, man!" she cried, clapping a hand to her chest dramatically. "Hide 'round the corner much? Ya scared the shit outta me!"
