It had been a while, but Brian finally found the person he'd come to this silly little dance to see. Watching her from across the room, he thought she looked a little sad. Or was it angry?

No, not it was sad. He frowned, weaving a careful path through the groups of chatting people until he was standing just a few feet away from Frankie and starting at her nervously. He still hadn't figured out what he wanted to say to her, but he wanted to say something.
