Into Crime Alley
The Green Arrow tread lightly in Gotham the night after news of the murder of the Artist hit the streets. He was a wanted criminal, but he couldn't let that top him from doing patrols around Gotham. He just had to be more sneaky about it. Keith was extremely sneaky in making his way to the meeting place with Robert. He was finally going to get to talk about things with a brother he never knew he had. Things with the Artist didn't seem so important anymore, now that he had a distraction keeping him going.

	Keith waited for Robert at the meeting spot. Two spiders were just scrap heaps nearby. He nocked a few arrows and fired them at the spiders following Robert. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Merlyn has to take a moment to catch his breath when he gets to Keith at the skylight of the warehouse.

"Okay, tonight, we combine a couple of goals. Drop down through this skylight, but don't linger. Turn left ninety degrees and head for the door. Once we're outside, we're going to have a little fun." Robert says, handing Keith an arrow.

"We just need to make sure we trap the rest of the spiders in the building. Got it?" he asks.

Robert wants to time this just right, because he wants the spiders to follow them into the warehouse.

"Get ready..." he says, watching the spiders get ever closer. As soon as they were on the roof with the Arrows, Merlyn looks to Green Arrow.

"Now!" he yells, and jumps backward through the glass of the skylight. The building is only a single story, but it's still a long drop.

Merlyn lands and drops into a roll to spread out the impact of the fall. When he can see that Keith is with him, he nods in the direction of the door.

"Let's move!" he says, pulling a small flare from one of his pockets and throwing it in the direction of the door. The little flare springs to life and illuminates the path to the door.

Merlyn waits for Keith to start running, then follows, covering his back.

	As much as Keith despises following orders, he's still pretty good at it. When his brother told him to jump, he jumped. His landing as eased out with an immediate roll. As soon as he got up to his feet, his eyes met with Robert's. He simply nodded, and Keith moved for the door. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Robert follows Keith, doing his best to keep a mental note of where the spiders are.

As soon as the Arrows are outside, Robert slams to the door to warehouse and runs for the opposite side of the street.

"Green Arrow, that arrow I gave you is a C-4 arrow. Snap the top and fire into the warehouse!" Merlyn says, pulling his own arrow and snapping the top, just as he described.

He'll fire his arrow directly at the highest warehouse window, hoping to take out the rest of the spiders all at once in the resulting explosion.

"And the Arrow brothers win." Merlyn whispers, a smile coming to his face as he watches the warehouse go up in flames.

"You've got some good moves, Arrow. You learned well from those that taught you." he says, offering his brother a genuine compliment.

"No time to rest on our laurels, though. We need to get you out of town tonight or someone is going to get lucky and take us both out by sun-up.

Get out of your gear and do what we talked about earlier. I'll be along soon to help out." he says.

	Keith took a deep breathe and let his bow rest. He wasn't used to criminals hunting him down. "Thanks," he said, scratching the back of his head. Robert was probably better than him, so the compliment was well received. "I'll see you later, Merlyn." (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	"Yeah, you will, Green Arrow." he says, offering his younger brother a small smile. Then he turns and runs East, heading back home to get a few things prepared while Keith leaves to go to ground. (Reply to this)(Parent)
