Settling In
The displaced Avengers had been taken back to the JLA headquarters and had been shown to quarters. Svalin may have stared at Jon a bit on the way back, but she looked away every time he looked at her or Vernique looked at both of them. There may have been some red on her cheeks when someone caught her looking at Jon.

Jon was familiar in a way, but Svalin couldn't place from where. It tickled at the back of her mind and would drive her crazy until she figured it out. For now she focused on what needed to be done.

Svalin dropped her belongings on the bed and pulled out her whet stone. She sat on the bed and started sharpening the edge of her sword. There was some time before they were to meet and discuss what was going to come next.

"Whatever the case, I have only seem Iason stand up to a barrage of energy like the one Superboy stopped from hurting you. His youth aside, he very powerful for his age.

And few people can truly pull off a cape. Take this from a man whose father wears one as well." Eli chuckles.

	Eli wraps his arms around her and kisses her gently. "I have an idea. I'd like to discuss fashion with you.
