A bar in Gotham
Charlie wanted to do some exploring. So, after asking what might be a fun place to check out, Charlie had grabbed his comm-link, gone to one of the teleporters, and found himself in a place called Gotham City. He wandered around for a little while, taking in the sites before making his way to a local bar. Oddly enough, the small amount of cash that he had in his wallet in his backpack worked here, which meant that this place maybe wasn't too different from home.

If the heroes here had weird names, like Star Spangled Kid.

Charlie made his way up to the bar and ordered a beer and an order of nachos. He sat at the bar, and was about halfway into his second beer when he noticed someone come up and take the seat next to him.
