These Aren't the Lanterns You're Looking For
Being out on patrol wasn't one of Dex's favorite things about being a green lantern, but it came with the ring. Sometimes there wasn't much to do except throw some asteroids around, which today was one of those days. Thankfully today Rose was by his side and gave him some company.

“Something's wrong,” he said. “My ring doesn't seem as charged as it should be.”

Even Chad can't accuse the Guardians of allying with the Black... well, most of them.

"Looks like someone pulled a Scar." he growls in Dex's direction, referring to the Guardian who sold out the others and helped power the original invasion.

"We need to get out of here. One green ring ain't gonna cut it against that."

And when the red lantern suggests running - its bad.

“Hang on I can probably get us back there fast I just need to find a heart tether to latch onto,” Kieran says. It would really drain his ring to do this with so many people but it seemed like it would be worth it.

He could sense a strong connection to earth from Rose and used that to latch onto. Violet energy started emanating from him engulfing the small group and then bam they were gone back to earth back in Rose’s neighborhood.
