All-out War at Warriors
Unlike most of New York, Petra loved her job. It wasn't for getting special treatment or anything for being the big boss' daughter, she'd put a stop to that the first time she got a hint of it. It wasn't the tips, although she'd long since established the perfect margin for cleavage, skirt-length, and makeup to maximize them. It was being part of the family business. Daddy had turned one bar into a mounting international franchise of upscale but still family accessible bar-and-restaurants. Interplanetary, actually, considering there was one on Oa as well.

Her job was her pride and joy, waitress or not. That and her collection of boots anyway.

And boy was that about to be tested.

It turns a few heads at first as some brightly dressed individuals enter the place, but it's not so uncommon. Plenty of regulars come in costumes of their favorite heroes and villains, or make their own togs. It's when the occasional use of tech or metahuman powers starts getting noticed that some people start asking for their checks. Soon, the place is emptying out in a slow but noticeable flow of customers.

Then one of the other waitresses, and a waiter as well, both of them rather fetching, get pulled in to sit with them at the large booth they're taking up like a mentally imbalanced football team (bit repetitive there, but still).

Petra scowls, cracks her neck, and strolls over, pulling Tara and Byron out and shooing them off. The air starts to get colder around her.

"Alright guys, your drinks so far are on the house, if you clear out right now. No need for this to get uglier than you sitting down already made it."

Henry steps into the bar, in full costume, accompanied by Avalon and Lifeforce.

"So this, guys, is Warriors." He glances over at Petra, confronting the men there. "I'd... introduce you to Petra, but it looks like she's working."

Josh seems a little nervous as he follows behind Henry. He's in the closest thing he has to a costume right now. Jeans, a red cross sweatshirt, and a domino mask he picked up at the mall. "Looks like a cool place," he remarks, looking around. He frowns slightly as he senses a lot of unusual life signatures but doesn't bring it up.

"Who's Petra?" he asks curiously.

"The hot redhead over there," he says, gesturing. He takes a moment to appreciate her backside while she's facing the group at the table.

Avalon returns with the aforementioned sodas, and fall quiet as he eyes at Petra's back. "he's pretty.." he says, softly.

"Thanks, Ava," Josh speaks up as the Blue Lantern brings drinks. He looks up when Petra is pointed out and nods. "Yeah. Ava's right," he says. He may not swing that way but Josh can admit when someone's good looking.

"She, Blue," Henry explains.

"That's what I said," replied Avalon reasonably enough. he sips his coke, then says quite reasonably "My type setter made a mistake."

For his part, Avalon has his game face on, but then again he was almost like two different people when in and out of uniform. He nods his head to Green, and then looks about the room before he offers, "Grab a seat and I'll get us some sodas."

The door opens, and armor-clad warrior walks in, looking about the area for his quarry. He knows the redhead is Gardner's kid, and he recognizes Henry from that self-assured swagger the kid inherited from his dad. Rex remembered the stories his both of his fathers told about Hal Jordan, so he's heard the good and the bad.

Right now, however, none of that matters. He unsheathes his mace and walks over the group, finding that his target is sitting at the edge of the booth, trying not to look at the redhead's breasts.

Said man's focus abruptly shifts when he sees Warhawk.

"Bruno. Fancy meetin' you here! We never finished that conversation in St. Roch about what you were going to do that woman before I showed up. I wanted to hear. How about you tell your boys to wait here, and we step outside and catch up?" Warhawk says. Then, he looks at the rest of the guys at the table.

"If you boys stay out of it, I'll even let you all walk out of here under your own power today. If anyone's lookin' to go to the emergency room, though...I can help with that, too." he offers.

Henry, at the very least, knows that Rex is known for putting people in the hospital for very long periods of time.
