Dex had spent the two weeks following the final battle with the Black Lanerns patrolling Earth and the solar system. He wasn't going to let something like that happen again on his watch. It was bad enough it happened one time. He checked in regularly with the YJLA just to make sure things were quiet.

Once he felt things had quieted down, Dex was going to take some time for himself. For him that meant a few things. Pizza. Beer. Cartoons. Fighting. They were the things that made for a happy Dex. A happy Dex was a less cranky Dex.

One thing that he had thought about during the whole mess with the black lanterns was something to deal with Rose. He just needed to win a few more fights to have enough money to pay for a condo for her grandmother and brother. He didn't want them living in that bad part of the city. They deserved better and Dex would make sure they got it.

The YJLA headquarters were quiet and Dex was taking advantage of the quiet to watch some Looney Tunes.

Jerry teleported into the kitchen. He made his way over to the fridge and grabbed the making of a rather large sandwich. He was starved after teleporting around all day.

It was only after he had finished making his sandwich and had started eating it that he heard the telltale sign of the Looney Tunes. He hadn't seen them in ages. For some reason they stopped playing them on cartoon network ages ago.

He head over to where the TV was to check it out.

	Michael comes in, arriving an hour early for his time on the Monitor Womb. He uses this time to make a lunch (since he's just getting out of class and he's saving money) and then work a bit on his homework. 	About thirty minutes later Jerry teleported back. He had kind of gotten side tracked so he had come back with more food than he went out to get but he paid for the extra food. A couple of pizzas with varies topping, several tubs of Gelato, some bread from Italy and France, and a whole lot of Italian pastries. "Back," Jerry announces as he puts the food on the table.
