Football night counts as date date
This had just sort of happened. She wasn't sure how exactly but Harry was a nice guy. A nice guy who liked football too apparently.

So she had figured out when a game would be on. She had then asked if he wanted to watch it with her. Then when he said yes she went and made a metric ton of Buffalo wings so they'd have something to pick at through out the game. It's slightly sad to her that she can make meat very well but pies and green beans turn into burnt bricks if she attempts them.

She also had some beer for the game. She wasn't sure she'd drink any of it but it was around just in case. She had no idea if Harry drank beer. She just knew that while she wasn't technically old enough to have beer legally she still managed to get it whenever she wanted it. If she got nervous during this date she might need it to settle her nerves a bit. Harry did after all seem like the kind of guy she would really like and that could make this go either really well or extra awkward.

	"Well they are awesome." She glances at his arms finally. Then very carefully touches one of his arms not wanting him to jump or flee from shock. "You don't have to worry. Harry flinches a little at first in reflex but stays very still after. He gulps and answers, "Sorry I'm just not used to...people always think they're weird tattoos and I'm some thug. It's just uncomfortable." He's very careful not to move away because, while still blushing, he's kind of enjoying it.

The bite comment causes his eyes to go wide while he bites his lip. She might notice that he's also gotten at least two shades redder.

	"Harry." She turns a little more green. Which might be funny to note for anyone looking at her. "You're defiantly not a thug. Trust me. I woulda noticed if ya were. 	"Thanks." He gives her a shy smile. "People just think large tattoos must mean I'm a thug. I once had a woman at work who accidentally saw them congratulate me on getting out of gang life." "Well it was hot at work so I took off my jacket and I had short sleeves under. That and it was after one of our training sessions and I had absorbed a lot so they were up to here." He indicates a point on his upper forearm and continues. "So I guess she thought that if I had almost tattoo sleeves and I was working in a community center with kids that I must be reformed. She hadn't actually talked to me before..."

Still blushing. "Thanks, I'm glad you think that."

	She tucks her hair back away from her face again. She still can't get over how green she is. "I'd be so mad if I were in your shoes. I mean it ain't yer fault you get those markings." Harry just gives a good natured smile. "Nah, I can't get mad that easily. I just learned to wear long sleeves at all times."

"And making wings!" He takes another bite out of one before continuing. "You're one of the nicest people I've met too you know. And the bravest." He means that in the best way, just because he doesn't fight doesn't mean he can't appreciate someone who can look danger in the eye and just charge through.

	It doesn't register to Harry that she's blushing, mostly because in any social situation with a girl it's him who's doing the blushing. "I still think you're brave. 	Heather's unexpected comment causes Harry to almost jump out of his seat. He freezes and turns a little red (what? It's a date he's in the middle of, interruptions kill him). "Ummm yep I think. 	He's frozen in place, Jess's hand keeping him from jumping any more but it just makes him more jittery...and about 2 shades redder. "Keystone is good too! They're winning by a lot here!" Okay not only has he forgotten his manners, he's forgotten basic sensitivity. This is what so much blushing does to him...

"Sorry." What else could he do? He's really off right now, too much blushing in a short time period and he's still red. "Umm...what have you been up to? I saw some of your sculptures. They look really good." He's being honest, the ones he saw looked good.
