A few nights following....
She's relaxing in one of her hidey holes she has set up around Gotham. It's been a few nights since she an Robin had gotten into that fight. She was still rather sore over some of the things he had said to her.

And sore for other reasons really. She wouldn't disclose that to anyone. But she had redeemed herself just last night. For her own good she was laying low. That meant eating pizza and relaxing with some movies. She found herself very distracted because well she did have a weakness for bad horror movies and these were rather fantastic.

Also bad but that was part of the point. Little did she suspect she was about to have a visitor to her little safe haven.

He glances over at the TV, "Clearly you were picking from the bottom of the barrel."

Frowning he replies, "I had more violent crime to stop. Sorry I couldn't drop in." That and while he's annoyed she got away with it, he's also worried that he might have lost his temper again. Once was enough.

"Is this your usual night off? Really bad movies and throwing popcorn?" He's back to smirking now.

	"Well then it's a good thing I gave you something other than washing your hair to do. You almost challenged me to a match with bo staffs there." He's still smiling. "No I'm fine. He tilts his head and smirks at her, "I can live with that. Deal."

"Guess I'll just have to win then...don't want to disappoint."

Although really it's a win for him either way. Get a clue he might be able to squeeze out of her another time earlier or get her to kiss him again. His pride is going to make him try and win, no way he's going to lose his claim to fame as the Robin best at beating security. Watch out Fox.

"All work and no play makes it quite a dull night." Plus he'd ge to see more of her, she...intrigues him more than he should admit.

He knows he should say this next part but feels a tad awkward doing it and there's a long pause before he begins. "Also...I didn't mean to lose my temper the other night. I shouldn't have." It's the closest one ever gets to a bat-apology.

He shrugs noncommitally, "I already told you why I came, to thank you for following through on the intel thing."

He's more mad at himself for losing his temper. Given what he knows about her situation her actions seem reckless but...he shouldn't care. Maybe it was because she was a thief, it hit close to home, or...damn he didn't know why but sacrificing herself for her employer ticked him off and he can't explain it.

He's well aware they'll have to fight again on day, but he doesn't want to give in to anger again. That wasn't smart. "Good to know, at least that popcorn was good this time," he smirks.
