Shopping Day - Cait/Pippi Crack - 11
Cait sighed and followed Pippi into yet another store. Silently she wondered how many stores they were going to go into. Cait had a momentary lapse in sanity when she agreed to go shopping with Pippi and didn't know it was going to be an all day thing. She had honestly thought it was going to take an hour or two, not six...going on seven.

She opened her water bottle and took a long drink.

Pippi, meanwhile, knows all the games, and is more than happy, requested or not, to explain how they all work. Not that any of them are terribly complicated. There are occasional reprieves from helpful commentary so Pippi can sing along with the band when she 'loves this one!'

Cait and Pippi weren't the only ones enjoying Chuck E Cheese this day. Two extra-dimensional visitors were also soaking up the atmosphere.

"Hey Bugs, I hear they have birthday parties here. Maybe there will be one today."

"I heard that too Boo."

"Ok, so in this one, you roll the ball like this, and try to get the ball into the little circles tog et the bigger math. Its kind of hard with all those zeroes, but don't worry, the game does it all for you. Then you get tickets here that you can trade for prizes!"

Pippi is utterly focused on her detailed and helpful explaining, and misses the imps.

"Oh Bugsy! Look! There is a birthday party! That means cake and ice crem!"

"But Boo, if there's a party why aren't people in their birthday suits?"

"You know Bugs, I was wondering that myself. Maybe we should help them out."

"What a great idea Boo!" Bugsy snapped his fingers and clothes disappeared.

Pippi bounces and cheers. "You're really good at this! Got the little hole there first try!" she cheers.

"Which bikini do you tan in? I don't think I've seen the one that'd leave those tan lines." Natural segue, that.

Nope. Or at least that one isn't it.

"Because, that tanline really isn't flattering on your butt. You have such a nice one, you should really tan in a thong or find somewhere to sunbathe nude and get a little color. Summer is coming, after all. Maybe we should shop some more and find you another suit."

"Pippi, we're naked. Look at yourself," Cait said. She looked around and yup everyone in the place was naked. Parents were freaking out as well as the employees. The only ones not really reacting besides Pippi were the kids.

Speaking of which, you should really wear stuff that emphasizes your hips and butt more. All that swimming must be really good for you - really toned. Your wardrobe does nothing for it."

"Oh yeah, huh." Pippi glances down, considering the predicament. "We got all those new clothes out in the trunk. In here... uhm, I'm not sure. There's all that birthday ribbon and stuff."

"I...I'll go get the clothes from the trunk," she said. Cait pulled water out of the air and wrapped some around her covering important parts. "Do not go anywhere. I'll be right back."

She's almost positive there's flaws in this somewhere, but Cait is really smart, as long as its not about clothes, drinking or penguins - and unexpected nudity is none of those, so she goes with it, sitting back down to work on her pizza while the restaurant continues in a near frenzy.

Pippi crosses her arms, looking at them crossly. "Well, it did let me get a better idea how to shop for Cait, which was good... but at Chuck E. Cheese's? Really? Now all these people are all mad, and lots of good pizza is being wasted. You could have at least sent us to Brazil or something where no one would mind."

The option of not ending up naked and all doesn't occur, of course. Its just the timing or locale that's off, apparently.

"Well, that, or put her on a horse. Because Cait is a princess, and I'm pretty sure there's a really important story about a naked girl on a horse. That might have been ok too."

"Oh! Ponies!" Boo said. "We need ponies!" The small wooden carousel horses came alive and started prancing around the place.

"You mean birthday parties aren't the place for birthday suits?" Bugsy asked.

"I didn't say that." Pippi argues. After all, his logic makes perfect sense. Why else would they call them birthday suits.

"Just birthdays at Chuck E. Cheese's aren't.... the... PONIES!"

Noticing the shift, she goes tearing off after one of the newly changed animals.

"Pippi, I...." Cait just stared. She was now clothed and holding clothes for Pippi.

There were now carousel ponies running around Chuck E Cheese and Pippi was chasing them.

"By Poseidon's beard," she swore.

Pippi corrals a couple ponies in no time, bringing them over to Cait. "Hey, I got one for you... but... wait... now you're not naked. That's no good."

She looks to the imps. "She's right... this is all wrong. We should be naked... but not here, in Brazil. Then she can ride the pony."

The sort of statement that only makes sense coming from Pippi.

"Pippi, we...." Cait shook her head. "We are /not/ going to Brazil. We can't go to Brazil.'

Think fast Cait. There had to be a way to get Pippi to want to go home.

"Pippi what about King Triton and Mr. Whiskers? They'll miss you if you go to Brazil. They'll be /sad/. We don't want them to be sad, right? We can go back and play with them. That will make them happy."

She turned and looked at the two imps. "Return. Everything. To. Normal. Now."

Pippi ponders this. "But we could take them to Brazil with us. Mr. Whiskers would love it... but... hmm... oh, wait... I don't have the right money, and we need to get you a new swimsuit. Let me get you a better swimsuit... and we can skip Brazil... we'll go later, but we can get a swimsuit, then have ice cream with Bugsy and Boo, then go home and play with King Triton and Mr. Whiskers... that would be a great birthday, right?"

She glances at the imps. "They won't let us in to get her a bikini... or go for ice cream, without clothes though."
