Hometown tour
What had started out as a very stuttering and fumbled attempt of asking if she'd like to see his hometown with him had actually turned out successful. Of course it had required some disguises since he had a secret ID still and Jess was green, but he didn't mind wearing the costume's goggles around. Most people if they saw them took them as sunglasses anyway.

After a tour of some tourist attractions (including the famous Flash Museum) and his personal favourite spots, Jess and Harry had ended up in the neighbourhood he was currently living and working in.

"I work over there. And there's a really good greasy spoon down the street we can go to later if you want," he says pointing to a community center then a place farther down the street.

Perhaps he should show her his place. It was expected if they were already in the area. But he hadn't really cleaned it up...

	"Thanks. But you don't have to. I can manage," he blushes, not used to being offered help. "So umm...here it is. It does the job though," Harry shrugs as they enter the tiny one studio style apartment. Which really seemed to be only one small room. He did have a decent pull out couch though. 	"...Thanks?" He figures she's being polite. But he doesn't make that much money and he can only work so many hours with what's going on, so he makes do. "You can umm sit if you'd like? I'll get something do drink. What did you want?" Although it's clear the only place to sit is the pull out bed since the chair serves more as a place to put things than to sit. "Well it's a little messy here I wish I had time to-ah!" The mess decides to make itself known and trip him up, which causes the coke he poured for her to fly straight at her and on her clothes.

The colour seems to drain from his face. "I'm so so sorry Jess! Hold on, let me get some paper towels and-Sorry! I really am! I didn't mean to-I should've moved stuff around and..." He moves quickly to grab a roll of paper towel and come back quickly to try and dab her dry. "Sorry, I really am. I probably ruined it, I'll get you new ones. Sorry Jess!" Once into his apologizing groove it was hard to get him out of it. And boy was he in one.

He doesn't seem to hear for a moment then it dawns on him. There's not much colour left to drain from his face but what little there is does. A new string of apologies come out and he cringes at his screwing up. Some might call it a double facepalm, others might call it covering his face out of frustration at his momentary clumsyness, but the result is the same.

He feels real bad about spilling Coke on her. As if that wasn't evident.

	"Harry. Look at my shirt. Does it look ruined," she orders using a firm tone. He shirt is just fine. "And by now? I'm perfectly okay if you feel like patting something, but hopefully there's kissing involved first," she teases t try and distract him from his OHMYGOD embarrassed thing he had going on. Yes, he really was easily embarrassed. "Well...not quite," he admits then manages to calm down enough to sit beside her an offer his, luckily unopened, can of Coke. He was very grateful that Jess seemed to be able to put up with him and never seemed to get mad at him. He hated people mad at him.

"..." There's really no response he can formulate to the patting comment. It's dawning on him that she said patting was...okay.
