There's a knock at the office of one Cynthia Lord, by an unassuming (besides the green hair) young man, carrying two clothing boxes under his arms. "Miss Lord? I'm sorry to interrupt, but I'm your two o'clock." Riley grins. "Two o'clock until two-ten anyway. Can I interest you in a little field trip while I roll out a business proposition of sorts for you?" He jostles the boxes with eagerness.

"There's the playground in between our houses. That's where we'd always meet up once our parents let us leave the houses by ourselves. Default regroup spot in case anything ever went wrong on patrol." He nods, sipping his drink. He smiles at the mention of Jim. He'd met Grandpa Gordon at a few holiday parties between the Kord and Carter households.

And now that was going to be his grandpa too. Huh. Life.

"Not on the Bug. This is going to be a costume-free wedding and reception."
