Whiteout training(Open to Young Justice)
With the holidays things had been slow with the training for YJ but the current training program certainly threw them into the thick of things once more Jerry though. They were supposed to protect a transport ship from waves of robots for as long as they could. Though to make things a little tougher they had to do all of that in white-out blizzard conditions. That was just plain mean Jerry though but then again they did agree to be there for this.

	Moment to appreciate how useful a mask with lenses could be. Because it helped a lot with visibility when you could also do thermal vision with them. So ha people looking down on masks. Ha. Janie flew above the transport ship, as she readied herself for a wave of robots coming at them. These conditions sucked, it was nearly fighting blind. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Jerry was feeling rather glad for layers right now even if he couldn't wear gloves if he wanted to use his powers. Robots started to appear out of the snow both in front of the ship and behind it. As the did they began to open fire. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

The nice part about his physiology was that the cold really didn't bother him. He didn't have anything that helped with visibility, though. Mikel is relying on the others for warning, and just hovering in place waiting for some direction...

which doesn't come in time to avoid the first shots, one impacting his shoulder, another grazing his side.

"So its going to be like that... alright then..." he mutters, charging towards where the shots came from.

	Mikel had some of the worst visibility, so Clara attemtped to back him up by flying after him and working some of her very basic force-fielding as an aid to them both against the attacks. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Okay, Clara and Mikel had the robots coming from the front. "Martian Girl and...Red Bird, cover the sides, Jerry and I will take the ones coming from behind." She still wasn't used to Damian's codename. But they needed a bit of a plan or they'd all go charging unorganized in random directions.

She flew beside where Jerry was quickly. "I'm going to fly out, think you can teleport them to me and keep them from spreading around the ship?"

	"Sure thing," Jerry says as he teleports over the the back of the ship to start teleporting robots around. The robots get closer to the ship but fall pretty easily to their attacks. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

"Alright hardass, I'm going to crash their ranks and blunt the charge from this direction. Think you can pick off a couple strays?" Mikal comms to Janie.

Translation: I can't exactly see in this mess, but I'm also not doing much good back here. If I take the fight to them, can you hold down this position?

He fires a couple arrows at targets in the storm, then picks up speed, rushing after his shots.

Janie nodded, though nobody could really see. "Superboy, switch out with me and cover the back. Jerry, keep it up, and teleport them to him, he can handle it. I'm heading to cover the front while the reckless one charges into them. Clara, keep sticking to the front end with those force fields, we need them." There was a plan and everyone had a role, good, Janie waited until Clark got there before flying from the back end of the ship towards the front to replace where Mikel had started off.

Mars Girl and Red Bird were doing a good job kept the robots of the ship from the sides. Martian strength was a definite boon knocking them away. The blue lantern shielding was doing a good job holding off the blasts from the robots. The arrow did a decent job slowing down the advance of the next wave of robots. But more robots were coming and a couple were even bigger than before.

"Got express robot delivery to Supes then," Jerry says as he keeps teleporting robots away.

Any slipping past her cousin's slugging were quickly taken out by her, flying around and playing defence on the front end of the ship. Her style is a little less direct than Mikel's, not that she couldn't work that style, but hers involved a lot more flying under missed swings and hitting from behind, fast and quick and aiming to take the robots down with the minimal amount of hits.

"Got it. Obligatory 'brace yourselves' then."

	A couple arrows fly once he buys himself some space. Between the magic and the ridiculous pull of the bow, the arrows punch right through metal into circuitry below. As soon as he runs out of room, the bow goes back away, and he's joining back in the slugfest, helping hold one flank while the others work on plans. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

"Okay, we need to find the source, but be prepared guys if there is none. They might have just programmed the training program for a continuous stream to have us work on stamina. But best to treat this like an actual scenario so...Clara, think you can keep whatever gets through Mikel at bay on this end? Because Clark, I'm going to take over your end of the ship. You're the most invulnerable one. Don't make contact with the robots, just fly as fast as you can past them for a bit of reconnaissance and see if you can weed out a source. Check in on the comms periodically, and circle back here once you finish each direction. It's our fastest and surest bet."

	Jerry snapped his fingers and teleported the head off of one of the larger robots and tossed it towards Damien. "We can ask him what he thinks of that plan," He calls over to him.
