Breaking and entering
It had taken Lian a few days to get there, but she'd made it to the League of Assassins headquarters. Several flights later, after staying in a cheap hotel, she'd made the trek through the Arabian desert, traveling light, taking only her bow and knives, but carrying just enough food and water to where she wouldn't starve to death or die of thirst.

That and the headquarters for the League of Assassins, wasn't exactly the easy place to find. You had to know where to look.

Luckily, there's a perk in having a parent for a member.

Lian made her way to the entrance, making sure to stay hidden.

"There is something to be said for catching more flies with honey than vinegar, Morgaine. Killing her would be easy, yes, likely even safer...but not until we know what she's after and what manner of allies or resources she can call upon." Damien says, running over thoughts in his head.

"I would not put it past Bruce Wayne to finally decide he wants to put us out of business, the old coot. Sending a skilled, beautiful woman to gauge our readiness was a good idea, if it was his." Damien says.

"Also, find Cheshire and have her meet us in Brazil. Find a politician in Buenos Aries and have Cheshire kill him. I want to surprise Lian with her mother's appearance and see what they do. She says she's not close with her, but if she thinks she can somehow 'save' her from the League, she will find herself learning otherwise.

It will also be a proper test of Cheshire's own loyalty." Damien says.

	"Finding Cheshire is not an easy task. She's not an easy woman to find, especially when she doesn't want to be found. Which she hasn't since the incident in Star City. "All of our resources are at your disposal, sister. Make it happen, but keep it quiet. I do know want Lian or Cheshire to know what is coming." Damien says.

"In the meantime, my plan is coming together and the machine will be ready within the next few months for testing." he says, going to his desk. He returns with an onyx stone set into a silver ring and hands it to her.

"You will need this when the machine is tested. In the meantime, I would like to you return to Gotham City. There is a scientist there who will be integral to our work, but he works for Wayne Enterprises. You will bring him to our forward base in Qatar.

We will procure his services for the duration of our project." Damien says.

	Morgaine nodded. "I shall. And rest assured, I will keep it a secret. Though you might want to keep her busy in the meantime. She is sharp, this one." Morgaine nodded, taking the ring from him. "I shall. Perhaps I'll have a little fun while I'm there. I've heard rumors of a new Batman. Maybe I'll test his worth...after my work is done, of course." (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

"Very well, Morgaine. I've had desire to see this new Batman in action myself, as Wayne was supposedly one of Grandfather's and my father's greatest enemies.

I also heard a story that Robert's father saved Batman from yours." Damien says idly. Morgaine has seemed...not so much happier as relaxed from her killing of Robert. Damien understood the need for revenge, even if it was his step-brother of sorts it was taken on.

"Do your work well and you may kill him when you're done." Damien says.
