Off the Eastern Seaboard (YJLA)
The waters of the Atlantic could be turbulent and deadly with the storms that kicked up the waves. Today it was a bright sunny day and the waters were calm.

Or were calm.

The waters around a fishing trawler in the Grand Banks erupted in a spray of water. The Leviathan, a creature of myth and legend, was alive and hunting in the waters of the North Atlantic. The large monster roared and attacked the fishing trawler.

The captain of the boat managed to get a short message to shore before the ship started to sink, taking cargo and crew with it.

	AJ sees the fishing trawler's anchor and gets an idea. He swims over to grab it and begins to wrap the big, heavy chain around the Leviathan's arm's and legs while it's stunned. AJ tugs the chain tight and hold on. "Gotcha!" (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

"...Okay, so what do we do with it now?" Alina asks, flying closer to her teammates. It's really going to suck if they have to carry this to the nearest S.T.A.R. Labs themselves.

She catches a glimpse of something bright pink out of the corner of her eye and whips her head around to get a mouthful of her own hair. Hair that isn't the same color as it was when she flew out here.

Okay, as side effects go, it's definitely annoying. But it definitely could have been worse for her first time out with the Young JLA.
