Party time!
Since the calendar had turned to the month of September, Iris had been counting down the days until their birthday. She'd been planning the party since back in June. Jai normally had no problem letting her handle the party planning itself.

She had invited all of the Titans, including Pipi and Mitzi, of course. And Jon, Corinna, Traya, Cindy, Jerry, Keith, Cerdian, and Wendi, too. And Riley, because if she didn't invite him, he'd probably tag along with Dinah anyway. She also told Cait that she could bring her mom along, if she wanted to get out of the Tower, and that her parents probably wouldn't mind the company at all. Jai probably invited some people too, though the guest list was pretty much the same between the two of them.

Everything was all set up, and Iris placed the wrapped package that had Jai's gift on the table where the other gifts would go. Grinning from ear to ear, she waited for everyone to arrive.

"Happy Birthday Iris!" comes from downstairs... followed by the most godawful caterwauling.

Back in Keystone, Pippi's mom's handlers and all the local petshops know Pippi isn't supposed to be allowed near real animals. Here, they don't have that warning, or the handlers to take care of things.

As such, in preparation for the big event, she's been combing the areas to find her 'helpers', and has collected eleven stray cats, a couple hound dogs and a Siberian husky, eight mice, a dozen various songbirds and a skunk she ran into wandering around the edges of town, and has been secretly working all week to teach them to "sing" Happy Birthday.

Of course, she failed utterly. But more or less in unison, they're all trying... well, they're all making a lot of noise, anyway, that, if one listens carefully, which any sane being should be loathe to do, it sounds vaguely along the lines of 'Happy Birthday to You.'

	Iris ignored the looks from her parents, squeeing loudly, as she rushed out of the house to wrap Pippi in a hug. "Oh my gosh! That is so CUTE! Thank you, thank you, thank you!" (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Pippi hugs her back, smiling gleefully that her first present was such a success! "You, me, Dinah and Princess Cait also have a full day treatment at a local day spa." she adds. She figures Iris will appreciate it, and the other two NEED it so badly. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
