Queen of Hearts (Marissa)

There was no way that Keith was going to miss his chance to give Marissa her first Christmas present from him in person. That was the reason he had gone to Gotham City in the first place. So, after texting Marissa to find out what Christmas party she was expected to attend, Keith dressed up for the occasion and grabbed her necklace, which he put in a Christmas jewelry box. He arrived at the party in a fancy Gotham hotel and waded through the press and the guests to find his one and only Marissa Wayne.

	Marissa was trying not to fidget, but she didn't see Keith anywhere. He'd texted asking where she was going to be so she assumed he'd be there, too. An hour had passed, though, and...no Keith. She was about to give up so she went to the punch table to sulk a little. (Reply to this)(Thread)

"Oh, really? That'll be interesting and exciting." He grinned at that. She'd never been to his place, as he recalled. But she had to get the chance soon enough.

"By the way, that thing I want to give you is right here."

He pulled out the box with her present inside of it. He hoped she liked it. It was the one time he didn't ask his family for help picking out jewelry as gifts.

	Marissa wasted no time tearing open the present. It was a present from her boyfriend and while seeing him was good enough, that there was a real present was even better. He fell silent for a moment. This was big. Really big. And it was hard to grasp. Keith didn't know about who Batman was, past or present. And he sure as hell didn't know any of the Robin's, except for the fact that they had new costumes.

"Well then," he replied. "I guess I have something to tell you, too."

This wasn't one of those 'you tell me, so I tell you things'. Keith trusted Marissa. And now he knew that there was something else they could share together.

"I'm, uh... I'm the Green Arrow. Heh."

He put his hand at the back of his head.

"S'why I have such good aim."
