I got a blood test done for the first time today and it was absolutely horrible. The needle wasn't so bad, but about 20-30 seconds after the deed was done and I was getting into my boyfriend's car, I started to feel extremely dizzy and when my eyes were open, everything was so bright I couldn't see anything. Does that happen to a lot of people when they get blood taken?

I've been sick for the past week and my sister took my camera, so no particularly recent photos of me.

Thanks for the advice! I'll definitely ask them to do that next time.
