Onward to... something
The villains are all either unconscious, or they've surrendered. They initially weren't saying anything about the teleport pad, but Patriot is able to demonstrate that he's found it and proven he has some idea how it works. They'll let them know, at least, that its locked - it can only bring people here or return them to base, its not an all-purpose teleporter. Any scans or checks seem to confirm that information, at least. To the degree anyone here knows teleporter technology, at least. They'll also inform them they're currently in the 'Free State of Australia', whatever that is. Otherwise, they're not being very helpful.

Once Patriot and Quinn disappear, Sarah turns to the others, once they've seen to keeping the prisoners under wraps for the moment, and assuring them they aren't trying to sabotage anything.
"I'm not sure what kind of world this is, and I'm not sure how different these people are than the versions most of us are probably familiar with, but they at least sound convinced they're the good guys here."

"Not a bad idea to do both. Check the library, local paper and all that, and ask questions here and find out what's exactly up with these people. Mostly, at least the ones I know still seem like themselves, but they're apparently the local security. Not sure if that makes them good guys, but it might make them worth talking to further. If they are security, I can understand them being hostile to unannounced visitors."

There is no reference to the Avengers anywhere. In fact, almost the only reference to any recognizeable super heroes are to the short-lived Fantastic Four. Apparently three of the members of the brief team were killed in battle with the Hulk, while Ben Grimm, the Thing, was shortly thereafter captured. Dr. Doom still carts him out as a monster on display now and then to show what happens to those who oppose him in Eastern Europe.
