The craft opens a communication channel with the Widow's armor. "We have... a letter," the Queen says. "It's very...referential. One wonders what it has to do with anything...Maximus, maybe?" She stares at the envelope for a while "... I think I remember asking myself what in Lotiara that was supposed to mean before. An Earth story. The same theme as 'the best place to hide a book is in a library; the best place to hide a flower is in a garden."

She looks out over the landscape. "Of course, the best thing to hide here, truly, would be a corpse," she says sadly, but continues looking intently and think.

She reads it. "That is from an Earth story, yes? Where people search and search while what they want is right within reach? And when the thing is found it is replaced with this bizarre note." Literature was far more a pastime of the Sisterhood than military engagement, but Earth literature was of course bizarre and obscure and hard to understand even if one was inclined to encounter it.

"Well we know that Norrin wouldn't put it where Thanos could easily get it. Which almost rules out the Sol system since it's right in Thanos' backyard. So with that in mind, where could he put it that was easy for others to get it, but harder for Thanos to get it? Also taking into account that Norrin didn't have much time to think about hiding it before he had to actually hide it."

Although really, if he were alive, I would say a frustratingly obvious and accessible candidate for possession of the Space Gem would be the Surfer himself."

	Ten minutes later Natasha touched down at the landing site. She was getting tired and was glad for the brief break in fighting. Right now a hot bath would do wonders, but she knew it would be a long time before she got one. Her face plate opened and the air feel cool and refreshing. "Are we ready?" "Almost." The Badoon Queen hands an ornate, heavily reinforced box to some of the most heavily armed -- by Sisterhood standards, not much to most outsiders -- volunteers.

"Guard this dearly," she tells them sadly. "The Inhumans will assist you. Keep in close formation around it. Get it up to the high ground -- somewhere near the battle that seems the best strategic place if you have to use it, or even to negotiate for its surrendeur." Wry smiles are exchanged by the Badoon, and quick goodbyes are said, and the tiny force take the field in the manner directed.
