As soon as Skuttlebutt re-entered the orbit of the battlefield planet, Kev noticed that the ship belonging to the green nuns or whatever they were was already back in orbit. Good. Theirs hadn't been the only success. They came in for a landing.

"Well, for one thing, a fellow isn' normally expected to keep up with all the cosmic business there. I mean, I know the Skrull because I've helped with some tissue samples, and I know the Shi'ar because my Mum's best friend married one, but that's about it. It's a nice enough world. Plenty of superheroes to handle the emergencies and all that. Apparently it isn' doing so well at the moment, but y'heard about that."

Kev just sits and nods and.... "Okay. Let's think about something else until they get here." And help keep other people's heads out of his, too. He, his five victims, and Jamie were enough. "Um...have they got the Spider Squad in your facet of reality? Four guys swinging around from various New York building?" The really famous types were a good reference point, right? And less awkward than talking about either of their 'families'.
