Alex had mentioned Doug as there. Sure, he'd said Doug as in no position to talk to people, but like that mattered. He had to ask his crazy brother-in-law about Rahne. The idea that she could still in such horrific condition bothered him much more than the fact that he was dead here.
He was so eager to see Doug and here about it that he wouldn't even be cross if Doug called him Jamie.

He left Sarah dealing with the Summers brothers and the others getting fed and cleaned as necessary.

"Good, because this is where it gets complicated. All of us are from a dimension that have been destroyed, or altered beyond recognition. We're the last remnants of our homes - and have been sent to make sure the same thing doesn't happen to other dimensions. If we're here, it means your dimension is in catastrophic, immediate danger. I cannot overstate the risk - this is not something that will pass or fix itself, or is a maybe. We don't get to show up to those kinds of places. We have a clue... but a vague one..." she glares at the Tallus. Were it not invulnerable, it might catch fire about now.

"And this time, its in Latin. Our Latin speaker, however, is currently giddy that this world looks very much like his home. We need to translate that clue, determine its meaning, and get on this as quickly as possible. Assistance is welcomed, but given that you don't know us, I can't demand anything. If you could see fit to let my teammates have a place to rest and food for a bit while we figure this out though, that would be a lot of help by itself."

"Thank you. For starters... this crew has it rough a lot of the time. If you could not let them know we've come to a resolution quite yet, let them get some sleep, have a hot meal, talk to people who aren't trying to kill them, it'd do morale some good. Meanwhile, if you could help me find someone who speaks Latin to help me translate our only clue, that would be a lot of help... though I understand Doug is both having a tough time, and Kev wanted to talk to him. Maybe you could put me in touch with Dr. McCoy?"
