The fight with the Hulk was over, but a bigger threat now loomed. Apocalypse had risen and once again threatened the world. He closed in on New York. It would be his capital in the world he would shape.

"Wait a moment." Dane says, looking between Tasha and Kevin.

"You sound as though you don't expect to walk away from this and I think that's a poor move to make, especially if we can bring down Apocalypse without losing anyone." he says, looking to Sarah for support.

"We were brought together to work together. Let's come up with a real plan before we throw away resources needlessly." he says.

Ok, strategy. That she can do.

"Energy. While physical attacks have some effect, only the biggest high impact things will even slow him down. He controls his own structure - extreme healing factor, rapid adaption. But the Eternals can hurt him through energy manipulation. Big enough effects can overload his system, or at least damage him - usually, that's on levels like... Eternals, Magneto... Thor. Sometimes his own creations. Keep in mind, he may also have whatever dark riders and mind controlled people he could get to himself on short notice, and will use them like human shields.

So we need people who will deal with whatever he has protecting him... ideally without hurting those who would normally be friends if we can... and people to deal with Apocalypse himself.

And people using technology - be careful. He has found ways to shut a lot of things down or turn it against people if he can get close enough. We need every weapon we can get - but he loves turning people's own forces against them any time he can."

"We can try to get together all the right people to bring him down, but while we do, people are going to die, and that's my sister out there. I know how to get enough of an energy influx to bring him down and break his hold over the brainwashed. I just need them kept off me and to get to his equipment. Everyone he could mess with should stay back dealing with the others unless...necessary."

	Dane grins as Sarah mentions that the Eternals can hurt Apocalypse. He isn't one per se, but he's bonded to one and can call upon a measure of her power. "We'll bring him down." he says. "And then we'll all go and relax somewhere for awhile." (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
